We were at Petsmart Mesquite 19175 LBJ Freeway, Mesquite, TX 75150 from 11 - 3 p.m.
The Roster Was: 1) Reese's 2) Hershey 3) Riley
DAVID'S HEADLINE: It was a fairly busy today, puppies Hershey, Reese's and Riley played all day long. They really enjoyed all of the attention they received from the shoppers who just had to stop and pet them. It seemed like everyone wanted them but no one could take on a puppy right now. When it was time to go home they all crashed for a nap as soon as they got in the van for the trip home. Many thanks to David B. and Sally H. for all you do helping out with Adoption Day, and thank you Todd C. for bringing us lunch!

We will be at Aveda Shops and Orgins, both located in Willowbend Mall

The Roster Was: 1) Rylie 2) Miguel 3) Hersey 4) Reese 5) Pebbles 6) Jack Jack 7) Al
DAVID'S HEADLINE: What a good Adoption Day was yesterday, no adoptions took place but we did have five different people take home applications to fill out. We will keep our fingers crossed that they are returned and home visits are lined up. For the most part everyone wanted to wait till after Thanksgiving before they do anything but we will wait and see how things turn out. We also had a foster request for our boy Jack-Jack which sounds promising. It seems like there was interest in all of our dogs that attended and let me tell you, they all had a terrific time on their outing and receiving all of the attention. It was pretty busy, the mall was full of people coming and going, I guess Christmas season must have started. We want to give many thanks to the wonderful, animal loving people at Aveda and Origins for allowing us to set up in their stores. It was the perfect place to be and their hospitality was over the top.

We were at Pet Supplies Plus, 2525 Wycliff Avenue, Dallas, TX 75219 from 11 - 3 p.m.
The Roster Was: 1) Rylie 2) Miguel 3) Brandy
DAVID'S HEADLINE: It was such a wonderful day, the weather was just gorgeous despite a very cold start to the morning. We met quite a few dog loving people at this new Adoption Day location. Also received an application for Brandy, one taken home to fill out for Miguel and Luna was adopted.
