Wonderful news, our Sparkle girl has been adopted!
Last Sunday at our Adoption Day in Plano Summer met her new mom Sharon, they spent quite a while with each other and the two of them figured out they were a match.
The home visit went terrific and she now has a forever home, and a new name of Summer. Right off the bat Summer started checking out the back yard and giving it her approval.
Next was inside where she kept herself busy inspecting everywhere and everything.
Her new bed is right next to a window where she can watch what’s happening in the backyard. She really liked this.
All is good with the home but Sharon wanted to show Summer her new walking route which leads to the dog park not far away.
Upon arriving at the park Summer was intrigued and wanted to go play.
She had a blast, and made a few new friends too. She is going to like it here very much.
After we finished playtime in the park we headed back to finalize the adoption. We are so happy Summer now has a place to call her own. Congratulations Summer!
