JUANA: I spent the night with Gavin and his parents at the hospital in Dallas. Gavin is doing well. I want to thank everyone for your prayers! And I want to thank our crew for stepping up and taking care of my duties and taking care of the dogs for us. Gavin had a good night. He was eating and he didn’t vomit. Around 2:00 Friday afternoon, they let us out of the hospital. They said that Gavin was doing great. On our way back, we picked up Emma. She had been staying with her Auntie Brittany, Lacie’s sister. The kids dropped me off at my house. I said hi and bye to our dogs and left for Straydog. I got to the shelter around 4:00 in the afternoon. Our crew had already left. Wayne was still there finishing up in H2 and Shelby was finishing up in H1. I helped to catch up on things and check on all of the dogs’ medicine. No one dispenses medicine, except for George or me. Thanks George, for coming in. I watered down the doggies and said hi to all of our doggies. I didn’t get home until 7:00 p.m., because my doggies missed me and I missed them.
George came to Straydog on Friday morning. And Shelby took care of everything at the shelter for me on Friday morning. Shelby did such a good job. She’s just like her cousin Lacie. You would think they were sisters.
