MJ doesn't grasp the concept of personal space, AT ALL! Today during caregiving she went above and beyond to ensure that she was in my space at all times. She jumped in my lap, on my back and gave me a good little headbutt (or two) and would not stop giving me kisses. She demanded ALL of my attention on a whole new level, that girl is ridiculously goofy.
This cute little handsome boy is definitely a character, and he gave us quite a run for our money today. He decided it would be so much fun to get out of his kennel and run around and see all his friends, AT FEEDING TIME, the most important time of day. He was a good boy though, he ran right up to us and let us put him back in his kennel without any trouble. Sweet Mickey.
This is Banjo, one of the best dogs we have here. He loves his toys and likes to play, but most of all he likes to lie around with you. I just love this big guy.
Baby Girl decided she didn't want to eat for me today until after she had already gone to the park. So after park time she ate and we went to the park for a second time. She does that to me most of the time, I'm really starting to wonder if this is just her method of getting a little extra time to stretch out in the sun and roll around in the grass.
This is Caesar. He’s one of our older dogs here at the shelter. Caesar loves to play with a soccer ball. Even though he’s blind, he always manages to chase you and the ball around. Nothing gets in his way of fun!
Oh, Bunny, from her bunny hop walk to the oddly aggressive way she pecks at her food, this girl had me smiling all day. I really enjoy spending time with her but I just wish this sassy old lady would let me brush her!
Chip is always so excited anytime I go into his kennel. He is a very loving and affectionate boy although he’s scared of everything outside of his kennel.
Bobbie Joe loves chomping the water, she just can't get enough of it. The water never comes out fast enough for her. Love that girl!
