JUANA: We are trying to get caught up on our radio shows. This is going to be a long report, because it was the day that Dr. Erica Dumeyer, our vet, came to our shelter and vaccinated most of our dogs. She didn’t vaccinate the dogs, who were recently rescued and already vaccinated. The doctor has come to our shelter every year for the last five or six years and vaccinates all of our dogs. That saves us a tremendous amount of money. Plus Dr. James Morton also helps us by charging the bare minimum for the medicine, drugs and injections. We can’t thank them enough, because this saves us a lot of money.
There she is checking Ranger and Beauty. The doctor agreed that Ranger is doing much better. Ranger can see and he is doing better after his stroke and the seizures he had. He’s just a senior dog. That’s a beautiful picture of Beauty.
Then she checked Pepper. He had one seizure a long time ago and hasn’t had one since. He’s not on any medication and he’s doing well. She was checking all of the older dogs.
She found ear infections, tumors and all kinds of things and the thing on Tally’s leg.
BILL: We’ll be back soon with another report from Straydog.
